Chef de Partie at High N Dry

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area.

  • Planning and organising preparation and cooking of food
  • Planning menus
  • Costings
  • Ordering
  • Training and supervision of other kitchen staff
  • Quality control
  • Hygiene Control
  • Good Knowledge
  • MINIMUM 3 years experience
  • FSS Certificate desirable 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $73,500 – $75,000 per year

Day range:

  • Monday to Friday Afternoon, Evening
  • Weekend availability Afternoon, Evening

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Rotating roster

Work Location: In person
